Book Signing, “Uplifting The Pain… Now”, Poetic Mental Health Wake-up Call

Jacksonville, Florida – January 4th, 2023 – Gail Carter-Cade a mother, educator, entrepreneur, and writer who experienced, first hand, the challenges, is proud to announce her spectacular book signing of Uplifting The Pain of Behavioral and Learning Styles Through Poetry Now at Chamblin’s Uptown Book Store, 215 N Laura Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 6pm-9pm. Festivities: meet and greet, poetry reading, questions and answers, prizes, giveaways, pictures and book signing.

Mental health wakeup calls are getting louder but perhaps not clearer. The aim is to motivate readers to become familiar with mental health signs, “wake-up calls” and how they manifest themselves.

Stigma-Wake-up Call

At alarming rates adults and adolescents are finding themselves facing unprecedent mental health challenges that make them, feel sad, hopeless, give up and not try. The stigma makes It hard to convey those feelings instead they just avoid, hide, or have emotional reactions. These wake-up calls manifest themselves in behavioral and learning patterns. 

Strategy

The percentage of adults who had received any mental health treatment increased between 2019 and 2021.
